At Wine Folly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wine education tools and accessories. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all non-perishable merchandise in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging to ensure posters and glassware are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
